Responsibilities
- As a Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and monitoring production processes, and optimizing them for pipe manufacturing, fine sheet manufacturing, connector assembly, and GFK adaptation.
- You will ensure machine availability and initiate measures in case of malfunctions.
- You will support the department management in implementing modernization efforts.
- Together with interface partners, you will develop technical solutions to improve workplace safety and machine performance.
- As a contact person for engineering, you will find solutions for implementing technical details within the production environment.
- Preparing and supporting internal and external audits will also be part of your tasks.
- You will further assist the master in topics such as occupational safety, cost optimization, quality assurance, and reducing throughput times.
Profile
- You have a completed technical or university degree in production engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable qualifications.
- Several years of professional experience in submarine construction, shipbuilding, or plant engineering are required.
- Process knowledge regarding pipe/l ventilation manufacturing is desirable.
- Technical skills in the mentioned activities are assumed.
- Good German and English language skills are required.
- Initiative, creativity, independence, and joy in teamwork complete your profile.
