(Senior) Account Manager Engineering (m/w/d)

1. Let's make sales
   • Develop long-term successful business relationships through personal or digital consultations.
   • Actively contact new and existing customers by phone and present our support services (employee leasing).
   • Determine the personnel needs of your accounts and match them with the expertise of our applicants/project staff.
   • Create individual offers and conduct price and contract negotiations.
   • Recruit our project staff and take on disciplinary leadership responsibilities.

   • You have experience in internal industry sales.
   • You hold a university degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Sales Management, or similar).
   • You have very good German skills (at least C1 level) and a driver's license class B.
