Position Details

Regional Sales Manager (w/m/d) – Home Office, Baden-Württemberg, Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition through targeted B2B sales
  • Enhance sales and market presence via local market penetration
  • Build and maintain customer relationships actively
  • Sell standard and customized mobility products and services
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in your territory
  • Prepare offers, negotiate terms, close deals
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM for efficient sales management
  • Onboard new customers thoroughly into our processes
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to expand our network

Candidate Profile

  • Business degree or relevant commercial experience (e.g., tourism, travel, car rental, retail)
  • Strong sales experience, ideally in vehicle rental
  • Confident presentation and communication skills in German and preferably English
  • Sociable, decisive, and proactive in engaging with decision-makers
  • High energy, drive, and passion for mobility solutions
  • Valid driver’s license, travel-ready and flexible
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with Salesforce CRM
