Our Mac Product within the E.ON-Group provides a comprehensive management solution for Apple Mac devices in our company. Our team covers the entire lifecycle—from procurement and installation to ongoing support and environmentally responsible decommissioning. Our service integrates cutting-edge DevOps practices to streamline processes and to ensure seamless operation and excellent user support.

In this role, you will focus on Device Management, specifically security and connectivity for Apple Mac devices. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing and maintaining efficient and secure management and security solutions, utilizing your expertise in Apple JAMF and Microsoft technologies. Your responsibilities will ensure seamless device provisioning, configuration, security and compliance across the organization.

Your Role - meaningful & rewarding

1. Technical responsibility for JAMF - Mac Management and Security solutions across development, quality assurance, operation and support.
2. Implement complex solutions based on reference architecture or exploring new possibilities and technologies.
3. Implement security measures, monitor compliance with organizational policies and industry standards and maintain Endpoint Security for macOS devices.
4. Maintain connectivity for our infrastructure (Jamf private access gateway).
5. Maintain stable operating procedures and define process flows.
6. Drive innovation in the development of macOS solutions, considering cost-saving potentials.
7. Analyze new functions and manage their transition to operation.
8. Oversee external service providers and outsourcing suppliers.
9. Collaborate closely with internal and relevant external teams such as Security, Networks, Architecture and Communication.

Your Profile - authentic & open-minded

1. University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields with over 4 years of experience in JAMF infrastructure, including architecture, administration and maintenance.
2. Extensive experience in managing and operating device management and security solutions (JAMF Pro/Jamf Security Cloud).
3. In-depth knowledge of Apple operating systems, macOS, scripting, automation tools and zero trust network architecture.
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Azure, conditional access and Intune, including certifications related to Intune (e.g. Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) and JAMF (e.g. Jamf 300 or higher).
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
6. Solid networking knowledge and an understanding of information security best practices.
