As a Customer Success Manager at Smartly, you'll take ownership of your own customers from the first week on, provide consultative advice, scope and drive successful product trials, and foster customer engagement. You will serve as a vital link between customers, platforms like Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and our product development team. This role offers the opportunity to learn rapidly about growing and nurturing your own book of business, managing relationships with large advertisers, and scaling operations within a fast-paced, ambitious growth company.
