Tasks :
You will manage your profit center and continuously develop new market opportunities. You are also responsible for recruiting new employees and managing your team of consultants.

Define the commercial strategy (identify targets, promote agap2, develop the client base).
Identify and recruit the best profiles on the market (manage the recruitment process).
Manage your own client portfolio / key accounts (Business Development and Sales).
Manage your own team of consultants (technical follow-up, performance reviews, daily support).
Qualifications :
You hold a Master's degree in business administration, economics, business sciences, or engineering.
You would like to take on management responsibility in the near future.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, great energy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
You don't give up when the going gets tough and you enjoy negotiating.
You strive for success and further development.
You are a career starter (first internship experience required) or have a maximum of 3 years of professional experience.
