We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to join our team.

Our project and team

You will be part of a key European agency located in Cologne. This is your chance to work with a dynamic team, supporting international projects and delivering top-notch service desk support. The position is on-site and offered as a freelance contract.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in IT service delivery.
  • Technical knowledge in IT service management (ITIL foundation).
  • Experience with hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, servers, mobile devices).
  • Proficiency with operating systems (Microsoft/IOS).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office communication tools and applications.
  • Experience with multimedia systems and conference/meeting room equipment.
  • Experience using ServiceNow or an equivalent ticketing solution.
