We are looking for a Junior Customer Experience Associate (m/w/d) on a two-year limited contract (with an option to extend). The role will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will receive phone calls and emails from customers, ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction, and have the opportunity to participate in projects to improve processes.

This position is part of our Customer Service Department and will be located in Darmstadt.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Answer customer requests on the phone
2. Dispatch customer requests within internal systems (CRM)
3. Liaise with internal departments (Support, Logistics, Sales, and other admin teams)

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School diploma (A level), apprenticeship or equivalent
• C1 Level Language Skills (English + Spanish); additional languages are a bonus
• Willingness to develop in a multicultural environment

It would be a plus if you also:

• Bring an additional language skill (FR, DE, IT)
• Have a basic understanding of business processes
• Are PC literate - Microsoft Office/Word/Excel
