We are seeking a Sales Leadership professional for an exciting vaccine project, available immediately.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall sales success, focusing on increasing vaccine sales among general practitioners, clinicians, and internists.
- Lead a large, nationwide sales team comprising field representatives and regional managers.
- Monitor key performance indicators continuously to respond swiftly and develop strategies to meet targets.
- Motivate, coach, and lead the team to ensure successful doctor interactions and shared goals achievement.
- Regularly report and present the current status of target achievement to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales management, preferably in vaccines.
- Proficiency with modern leadership tools and the ability to inspire and develop team potential.
- Authentic, results-driven leadership style, strong presentation, and assertiveness skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation capabilities for strategic decision-making.
- Willingness to travel nationwide and stay in different regions to support the sales team effectively.
