Product Service Owner Signavio (f/m/x)

Your Role

• Deep functional understanding of Signavio software, authorization concept, architecture, and functionalities.
• Design and implement an efficient authorization concept that meets the requirements of the business areas.
• Design, ensure, and support all business users at all levels (first, second, and third level support).
• Ensure the technical functionality, development, and proper usage of the tool.
• Establish a test system to ensure a GxP-validated environment in Signavio, in collaboration with SAP-Signavio as the SaaS provider.
• Set up, implement, and further develop interfaces to OpenText Extended ECM and other applications.
• Provide technical guidance to project managers and BPM experts in customer segments and service functions.
• Coordinate with Signavio and maintain direct contact with SAP-Signavio.

Your Profile

• An excellent university degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or Computer Science, with a passion for BPM Modeling and process analytics.
• Creative thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and advanced German language skills.
• Good professional experience in Process Modeling and Design, Transformation Processes, or as a Key User for Signavio.
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in teams.
• Strong project management skills, capable of supporting both national and international project teams and coordinating with external partners.
• Excellent communication skills with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to support business effectively.
