Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage your team
2. Develop and organize duty rosters
3. Assess residents (m/w/d) and oversee care plans
4. Monitor and optimize processes
5. Participate in quality meetings
6. Handle administrative and personnel tasks
7. Maintain communication with residents, families, staff, and doctors
8. Motivate and serve as a role model for staff and trainees

Qualifications

1. Certified as a healthcare professional and recognized as a responsible care specialist
2. Experience in senior care and some leadership experience (preferred)
3. Empathetic, communicative, motivated, team-oriented, strategic, responsible, flexible, autonomous, structured, digitally savvy
4. Passionate about progressive, meaningful, and modern personalized care to maximize resident wellbeing
