A dynamic and technically diverse position has arisen for a Field Service Engineer to join a globally recognised clean energy organisation operating at the forefront of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
This role will work as part of the European Services division, supporting projects across Italy, Greece, Germany, Poland, and Bulgaria. You will report into the O&M Manager and work closely with the sales, project management, and after-sales teams. As a field facing engineer, you will be responsible for commissioning and servicing systems, acting as the primary technical liaison across integration, support, and client engagement.

The successful Field Service Engineer will :
- Hold a BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of hands-on experience in the energy sector.
- Have a strong technical background in Battery Energy Storage Systems and the ability to work independently on complex electrical / mechanical installations.
- Possess excellent communication and coordination skills when dealing with clients, project managers, and suppliers.
- Be responsible for the commissioning of projects and serve as the technical point of contact for any integration or operational issues.
- Support ongoing customer success through procedure development, distributor training, and on-site troubleshooting.
In return, the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting of :
- 45,000 – £65,000 base salary (depending on experience)
