The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Net New MRR: You will be responsible for generating new, recurring net revenues by closing mid-sized corporate clients (50-200 employees) in Germany.
  • Prospecting: Manage your own "book of business" and develop outreach strategies to fill your pipeline.
  • Qualification: Conduct thorough discovery to understand key metrics and qualify leads using MEDDIC.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with SDRs supporting your pipeline activities and coordinate with stakeholders like Solution Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Partners.
  • Project Management: Guide potential clients through their evaluation process, influence decision criteria, and help build business cases that trigger actions in complex purchasing centers.
  • CRM and Data: Maintain data hygiene in our CRM, create accurate forecasts, and make data-driven decisions in your sales funnel.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a B2B closing role within SaaS.
  • Proven success as an Account Executive or in an end-to-end sales role.
  • Experience in lead generation through outbound activities.
  • Excellent skills in engaging with executives and managers involved in decision-making (MEDDIC).
  • A "get-things-done" mentality, enthusiasm, confident and composed demeanor.
  • Team player willing to learn from others and share experiences.
  • Native-level German skills and very good English skills.
