Job Responsibilities

1. Qualification responsibility for employees in the subject area (mentor function)
2. Cross-project responsibility for budget compliance, deadlines, and organization
3. Project management based on an existing requirement specification, from initiation to plant acceptance by the customer, with emphasis on automation and electrics in plant construction
4. Concept definition during the planning phase in coordination with the customer and project team
5. Scheduling, cost planning, and tracking
6. Coordination between internal departments, suppliers, and the customer, including reporting and documentation
7. Preparation and follow-up of requests for quotations to suppliers
8. Change management, including calculation of supplements, implementation, and documentation
9. Maintenance and administration of project-specific acceptance-relevant documentation
10. Supporting activities for costing and sales
11. Qualifications: Engineer (m/f/x), technician (m/f/x), or master craftsman (m/f/x) in electrical field with relevant experience in plant engineering or special machine construction
12. Skills: Communication, initiative, social competence, organizational talent, negotiation skills, customer and goal-oriented work ethic, assertiveness, leadership, entrepreneurial thinking
13. Willingness to work temporarily in other branches and/or abroad
14. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, English; SAP R3 experience is a plus
