We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure the smooth operation of our ERP and related applications, acting as a bridge between business units and IT. This role involves supporting, developing, and optimizing our application software, coordinating process improvements, and contributing to digitalization efforts.

Responsibilities

1. Support, develop, and optimize application software and interfaces.
2. Provide 1st-level support, including troubleshooting and permissions management.
3. Manage and develop existing IT system interfaces.
4. Coordinate process improvements between IT and business departments, including external providers.
5. Participate in process digitalization and automation initiatives.

Profile

1. Completed training as an IT specialist or in a commercial field, or comparable qualification with relevant experience.
2. IT affinity and experience in application support, preferably in manufacturing.
3. Strong analytical skills and understanding of business processes.
4. Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer.
5. Proficiency in German and English.
