We are currently looking for a permanent position of Global HR Senior Manager (m/f/d) for our location Blieskastel (Germany) or Obernai (France).

Hager Group is implementing the Sprint 2 strategy of its Project 2030 ambition.

In this project, we aim to be a recognized and preferred partner in medium-sized commercial & multi-family home projects. To achieve this, we seek a project business-experienced HRBP who will support the business project team in building the capabilities needed to develop the business.

You come from business project environments, ideally in the building sector or related activities. You are successful in building robust people and organizational capabilities to support an ambitious strategy.

You have built strong credibility and provide an independent viewpoint while being a solid sparring partner on: business strategy, organizational design & effectiveness, change management, project management, and communication.

As part of our HRBP Community, you will report to the Group HRBP Vice-President.

Your main responsibilities

  • Understand business project trends, models, and financials; contribute to building business strategy with the project team
  • Provide strategic and consultative services related to organization & people
  • Anticipate, influence, and support the design of organizational structures aligned with business strategy
  • Partner with Business Leaders to assess organizational effectiveness by evaluating structures, capabilities, and behaviors
  • Plan and execute HR project management activities with support from HR Centers of Expertise
  • Support the end-to-end operating model and contribute to cross-functional change management
  • Be a role model for company culture, inspiring and engaging Business Leaders to uphold core values and facilitate behavioral evolution
  • Build a strong internal network and ensure compliance with legal obligations

Your profile

  • Approximately 10-15 years of experience, including:
  • Operational HR/HR Business Partnering or Business profile with strong people acumen
  • International experience
  • People management
  • Project management, especially leading transformations
  • Experience in support functions or as an expert is a plus
  • Proficiency in English plus German or French is a plus
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to foster change within a matrix environment
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to prioritize in complex, ambiguous environments
  • Customer and solution-oriented mindset
