Your Day to Day

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you would

  • Lead and manage two engineering teams, setting clear objectives and guiding them to deliver on GoTo's vision for AI-enabled flexible-work solutions.
  • Oversee the development of practical AI solutions in GoToResolve, collaborating closely with native, frontend, backend, cloud, DevOps, and OpenAI/Azure AI experts.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships by actively seeking feedback and co-developing solutions that meet real-world needs.
  • Partner with UX and product management in trio structures to prioritize and refine product roadmaps, ensuring balanced decision-making and continuous product evolution.
  • Champion agile values and principles throughout the project lifecycle, adapting processes as needed to maintain a productive, supportive, and efficient work environment.

What we are looking for

As a senior engineering manager, your background will look like:

  • Extensive experience in engineering management, demonstrated by a proven ability to lead and grow high-performing teams in full stack development environments.
  • A strong track record of cultivating technical talent, guiding individuals to reach their highest professional potential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers directly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices, plus exposure to AI technologies such as OpenAI, Azure AI or Google Gemini.
  • A self-motivated and forward-thinking mindset, dedicated to continuous learning and problem solving in a rapidly evolving industry.
