Mechatroniker (w/m/d)

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute directly or within a team to specific tasks and technical activities at the site of allocation.

2. Execute tasks related to continuous improvement in manufacturing technologies and processes in the plant.

3. Implement or operate technologies according to FHCS sourcing/production strategies.

4. Collaborate on new equipment development at the site.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to seamless and efficient collaboration between Production, Manufacturing R&D, and other relevant functions related to engineering.

2. Assist in developing the plant technology roadmap.

3. Support the FHCS innovation pipeline by contributing to new technology development.

4. Be accountable for one or more QA16 areas at the site.

Qualifications:

Interactions (internal & external):

• All plant departments (Engineering, Manufacturing R&D, SCM, QA, HSE, Controlling, Production, etc.)

• Procurement

• External suppliers

Professional Experience & Education:

• Technical school degree (preferably Engineering)

• Proficiency in the local site language and preferably in written and verbal English

• Basic knowledge of safety and environmental practices (preferred)

Specific Knowledge:

• Flexibility, problem-solving, and priority-setting skills

• Good overall technical knowledge of relevant site technologies

• Leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
