Scope of the Role

This role is a key component of our eCommerce Team. The new Amazon KAM DACH will be responsible for:

  • Managing the relationship with Amazon Vendor Management & AVS Teams.
  • Outperforming market dynamics in Germany and future Amazon marketplaces within DACH.
  • Managing the consolidated Amazon P&L and ensuring optimal online execution to meet Perrigo’s sales, volume, price, and margin targets.
  • Achieving commercial and promotional excellence across DACH through negotiations and promo optimization.
  • Driving profitable customer growth by improving gross margin percentage, optimizing gross to net, and reshuffling trade terms for better performance, supported by central teams.
  • Building long-term profitable customer relationships by focusing on contribution margin strategies rather than immediate net PPM.
  • Managing format and assortment strategies to differentiate channels, reduce conflicts, meet consumer demand, test new SKUs, and improve Amazon contribution margin and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborating with digital performance managers and brand leads to effectively utilize AMS & DSP investments to boost topline, market share, NTB penetration, share of voice, and conversion, including supporting innovation launches and promotional events.
  • Communicating Amazon supply chain needs to develop logistics programs and reduce costs and chargebacks.
  • Analyzing eCommerce data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrating thought leadership by setting new standards and delivering excellent Key Account Management.
  • Presenting to senior management during business reviews and customer meetings.
  • Supporting omnichannel development and aligning strategies across channels.

Experience Required

  • At least 5 years of experience in Amazon retail key account management.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon’s business model and organizational structure.
  • Proven track record of delivering top-line growth and profit.
  • Strong customer management and business development skills.
  • Expertise in negotiation, gross-to-net optimization, and trade term management.
  • Focus on brand, consumer, and customer needs.
  • Flexible, professional, and a team player.
