Position Overview

Sales Specialists are crucial to delivering on our mission of enabling our customers to enhance precision cancer diagnostics.

What You Will Do

• Promote product portfolio, negotiate contracts and close sales in order to achieve and exceed the monthly and annual sales targets along with driving longer term sales performance.
• Deliver portfolio presentations and demonstrations.
• Enter daily activities, opportunities, and related information into the CRM.
• Ensure all reporting and forecasting is completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
• Monitor performance and devise corrective action plans with the Country Manager where necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Qualification, Degree, or equivalent, in Laboratory Medicine, Biology or Biotechnology (or similar).
• Proven successful Sales experience in a similar market environment.
• Excellent German and fluent English (written and oral).
• Clean Driving License.
• Ability to travel 80% in Germany, occasional European travels.
