Senior SAP ABAP Developer (m / f / d) S / 4 HANA

We are searching for someone in Hamburg or Ottobrunn.

Responsibilities

1. Draft, design, and specify ABAP development changes and implement them in existing SAP systems.
2. Support the migration from SAP R3 to SAP S/4HANA.
3. Develop interfaces (OData / RFC / IDOC), and design and implement dialog (Fiori / RAP) and workflow applications.
4. Estimate effort for development packages.
5. Create developer documentation and guidelines, and ensure quality assurance of developments.
6. Analyze program errors, correct them, and perform program function tests for release procedures.
7. Support administration and maintenance of development, test, and production environments.

What We Are Looking For

1. A university or technical college degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience and IT training.
2. Deep knowledge and proven experience in SAP ABAP-OO development, with familiarity in SAP S/4HANA ABAP programming models, CDS views, and OData.
3. Good knowledge of the ABAP Dictionary, SAP update technologies, SAP PDF forms (Adobe Forms), UI5 (Fiori Apps), and experience with the ECLIPSE development environment.
4. Knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, CO, and SAP workflow.
5. Analytical and conceptual work style, proactive, and interested in independent, structured learning of new systems and tools.
6. Hands-on mentality with a commitment to continuous improvement.
7. Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
