What you'll be responsible for:

• Leading the D365 Engineering team and ensuring service quality aligned with company goals.
• Defining and integrating D365 within the IT landscape, including release management (technical and strategic).
• Analyzing business processes, identifying project weaknesses, and developing solutions to improve efficiency and performance of D365.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure service quality and effective implementation.
• Coordinating with external partners to deliver expected services to the business.
• Managing an international team of software engineers, including career planning, training, coaching, and development.

Desired skills and qualifications:

• Successfully completed IT degree or a comparable qualification.
• Multiple years of experience leading international teams.

Profound professional experience in ERP environments, preferably Microsoft D365 Finance and SCM.

• Experience in project management and agile methodologies.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills to solve complex problems and achieve long-term goals.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Very good German language skills and fluent English.
