Based in the heart of Berlin, our collaborative approach offers the opportunity for our clients to acquire 10,000 users daily, providing consistent value and improved ROAS in the short and long term.

We’re now looking for a Head of CRM who will be instrumental in building, leading, and scaling Almedia's entire customer relationship management strategy, with a strong emphasis on mobile engagement. This pivotal role will define our CRM vision from the ground up, drive user retention and lifetime value through innovative strategies, and build a high-performing team.

Disclaimer: This role must located in Berlin, we are offering relocation.

What You’ll Do

  • Define & Own CRM Strategy: Architect and lead the end-to-end CRM strategy, focusing on personalized mobile experiences through push and in-app notifications, across the entire user lifecycle.
  • Build & Optimize Infrastructure: Drive the selection, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge CRM platforms (like CleverTap) and associated integrations (APIs, webhooks), ensuring robust, scalable, and automated operations.
  • Lead Data-Driven Growth: Establish a rigorous A/B testing framework, analyze complex CRM campaign data, and derive actionable insights to continuously improve performance, user engagement, and retention KPIs.
  • Build & Mentor a High-Performing Team: Recruit, lead, and develop a team of CRM specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning.
  • Cross-Functional Strategic Partner: Act as the primary strategic liaison between Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring CRM initiatives are deeply integrated and aligned with broader business objectives and product roadmaps.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in CRM strategy and execution, with a proven track record of building and scaling mobile-first engagement programs (push, in-app messaging).
  • Deep expertise in CRM platform architecture and operations, including advanced integrations, API utilization, and database interactions. Proficiency with tools like CleverTap is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical acumen, capable of designing complex experiments, interpreting granular performance data, and translating insights into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing marketing or CRM teams.
  • Solid technical proficiency in SQL, HTML, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for custom development, troubleshooting, and advanced integration.
