Job Overview

We are looking for technical support talents for Electronic Banking support in Essen, Germany, on a direct placement basis. After successful onboarding, you can work in a hybrid home office setup.

Your Responsibilities

• Customer support via phone in inbound banking
• Technical support for e-banking inquiries and software support (Level 1)
• Internet research
• Documentation and follow-up

Your Profile

• Fluent in German (spoken and written)
• Good technical understanding (e.g., Office, Internet, browsers, apps)
• Experience with online banking is a plus
• English language skills
• Enjoy working with customers over the phone
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Experience in online banking is advantageous
