Your tasks

• You advise and support our customers in setting up and operating their cloud infrastructures.
• You administer, support, analyze and optimize existing cloud infrastructures.
• You develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, etc.
• You support standardization and automation in the cloud environment.
• In line with our guiding principle "Knowledge increases by sharing it", you will pass on your expertise to others - both to your colleagues and our students as well as in projects with customers. You can also share your knowledge in our ORDIX blog (https://blog.ordix.de/), as a speaker in our seminars or at specialist conferences - depending on your strengths.

Your profile

• Enthusiasm for cloud technologies and current trends in the cloud environment.
• Willingness to undergo continuous further training.
• Practical experience as a cloud engineer/system integrator in a professional environment.
• Experience with container technologies and orchestration services (Docker/Kubernetes) desirable.
• Good (technical) university degree in computer science or comparable completed training desirable.
• Programming experience in Perl, Python and shell scripting desirable.
• Certifications from the major public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) are advantageous.
• You have a perfect command of written and spoken German and a good command of English.
