As a UX/UI Designer, you will be part of our cross-functional development teams and responsible for the user interface design and user experience of our dashboards, including all aspects of branding, design, usability, and function.

Meet Your Team: Advertising Solutions

The Advertising Solutions team builds technologies that connect advertisers with ideal users for their apps and games. Integrated with adjoe’s ML models, our custom APIs serve 2B requests per day at low latency.

We've developed advertising campaign management and complex analytics tools that provide actionable insights on 200 million daily users to both internal teams and external partners. Our Go-based backend feeds data to a TypeScript React frontend, supporting sophisticated analysis tools built on columnar databases like Druid for sub-millisecond query response times, complemented by MySQL, Redis, DynamoDB, and Kafka.

For developers, this means working on high-performance systems that process massive datasets while maintaining an agile development approach – implementing advanced algorithms through deep learning approaches for campaign distribution and bid optimization, building intuitive dashboards, and creating APIs that power business decisions across the entire advertising ecosystem.

What you will do:

1. Be involved in the entire product development process of our dashboard used by advertisers to launch and measure their campaigns.
2. Support and guide the cross-functional team in UX-related questions.
3. Act as the main driver for all user experience related topics and bring them to final concept.
4. Develop design concepts, create research designs for prototype validation, and carry out user tests.
5. Carry out user research and analysis, proactively making specific suggestions for optimizations.
6. Be user-oriented and data-driven in making design and user experience decisions.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in mobile games and enterprise software.
8. Be part of an international, English-speaking team that builds our disruptive Ad Tech platform.
9. Serve as the first point of contact for UX-related questions for colleagues and top management.

Who you are:

1. 3+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design from scratch.
2. Professional experience with UX/UI design for mobile games and/or enterprise software is a bonus.
3. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative agile environment, with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create top-performing UX for apps.
4. Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe XD, Figma, Zeplin, InVision, Photoshop, and others.
5. Profound experience creating storyboards, user flows, wireframes, interaction design, prototyping, and user testing.
6. Expert knowledge in methods, tools, and frameworks such as design thinking, user flows, interaction design, and user research.
