Strategy Shaper – Inspire as a tech leader, shaping the technology strategy and vision across the entire company, including engineering and data. Collaborate with key stakeholders such as the Head of Product and COO.

Technical Visionary – Oversee the execution of the technical roadmap in partnership with Product and Design. Proactively address and resolve technical challenges.

Engaging Builder – Responsible for building and motivating the engineering team. Promote team cohesion and develop team members individually.

Your profile

• Leadership Experience – Proven success as a Head of Engineering, Tech Lead, or similar in a fast-growing environment, with experience mentoring and coaching employees.
• Technical Footprint – Significant experience in technologies such as Ruby & Rails, TypeScript & React, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Heroku), maintaining high-quality standards.
• Comprehensive Skill Set – Strong technical acumen in project planning, bottleneck identification, and executing complex initiatives.
• Team Player – Empathetic, excellent communicator, goal-oriented, and able to strengthen team dynamics.
