Our mission is to create digital life through AI and become the leading company for virtual friends that live, grow, and evolve like humans—starting with Pengu. Pengu has become the biggest AI character app with its own IP in the US and Europe.

Tasks

  • Hire top-tier engineering talent. Our focus is on Eastern Europe (Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Georgia).
  • Volume & Numbers Game: Recruiting is a high-volume sport. You fill the pipeline every single day — hundreds of leads, constant outreach, no dry days.
  • Source Relentlessly: You’re on LinkedIn, GitHub, niche platforms, referrals — anywhere top talent hides. You know how to find people, chase them, and win their attention.
  • Chase & Close: You follow up persistently — triple-text, call, DM, repeat. You handle objections, push through silence, and keep closing.
  • Culture Fit Focus: You don’t just look at resumes — you screen hard for culture. We don’t compromise. Only people who match our values, pace, and ambition make it in.
  • Professionalism at the Core: You represent us with sharp, clear, polished communication. Candidates walk away impressed, even if we say no.

Requirements

Location: Remote

Languages:

  • English: Absolute must — fluent, sharp, persuasive.
  • Russian or Ukrainian: Big plus — we love cross-market reach.

Drive: You’re wired to win. Recruiting isn’t just a “job” — it’s your craft, your mission. You’re ready to put in 50+ hour weeks, chase top talent across time zones, and live and breathe our vision.

Grind: Midnight texts? Early-morning calls? Weekend outreach? Yes. You do what it takes to close the hire.
