In this role, you’ll:

  • Shape and drive cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies to attract the brightest minds in the industry

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialised roles (including engineering, R&D, IC design, and process development positions)

  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines

  • Leverage data and milestones to refine hiring processes and ensure continuous optimisation

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with the company’s rapid growth and ambitious vision

  • Enhance the overall hiring experience by establishing candidate-focused recruitment processes

  • Identify and secure top-tier talent while contributing to the expansion of new projects

  • Stay ahead of the latest trends in the semiconductor industry and the global talent landscape


Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical roles or working in high-growth, fast-paced environments

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic setting

  • Great organisational skills, with a growth mindset

  • Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring for highly specialised roles

  • A data-driven approach with the ability to use recruitment metrics to optimise processes and make informed decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build strong relationships with technical teams and hiring managers


Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
