Exciting Audit Assistant & Audit Senior Opportunities – Stuttgart & Hamburg

Are you an ambitious Audit Assistant or Audit Senior looking for a new challenge with a market-leading accountancy firm?

Change Recruitment is working on an urgent search, directly mandated by Audit Partners across Munich, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, and Stuttgart to help expand their thriving Audit practices.

We are actively seeking talented professionals with 3-5 years of External Audit experience, strong English skills, and at least Intermediate German to join these high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Documenting consolidated financial statement audits and liaising with managers and partners
2. Supporting clients with complex audit and accounting issues
3. Analyzing business processes and identifying potential risks

Your Profile:

1. 3-5 years of External Audit experience
2. Degree in Economics or a comparable field
3. Strong knowledge of national and international accounting standards
4. Dedicated team player with strong analytical skills and a high sense of responsibility
5. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to mentor and lead junior team members
6. Fluent in English with Intermediate German or higher
