We're looking for a Talent Acquisition / Recruiter with experience in recruiting of technicians in Germany.

The Talent Acquisition / Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment, interviewing and selection.

The Talent Acquisition / Recruiter ensures that candidates for employment meet the minimum qualifications needed for the continuation of a qualified and skilled workforce.

You'll be responsible for bringing in exceptional talent, through the execution and delivery of the end to end, full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of roles.

You will dedicate time on sourcing and delivering a great candidate experience while determining innovative ways to attract and engage top talent as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter :

  • Manages the recruitment and interviewing process.
  • Interviews applicants as needed, and informs them of job duties and specifications
  • Refers qualified applicants to departments for interview and final approval
  • Generates progress reports
  • Work in a fast-growing, constantly changing environment, where you will be viewed as a true partner to the business
  • Responsible for the whole recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through to the offer stage
  • Delivering great candidate experience throughout the process
  • Share market insights and use analytics to track progress and influence recruiting processes and direction
  • Search and headhunt for a wide range of roles using different talent acquisition tools and techniques
  • Represent our brand externally, making sure you tell our story and vision!
  • Partner with hiring managers
  • Provide insights to stakeholders on the market and advise on how to attract the best talent to company

What You’ll Bring

  • Successful full lifecycle recruiting of technicians or similar blue collar employees - MUST
  • Experience recruiting in Germany - MUST
  • Proven ability to find and close the ideal candidate
  • Demonstrable on-site / internal recruiting experience
  • You have the know-how to come up with creative sourcing techniques to attract the right talent and know your way around different sourcing tools
  • Proven experience in delivering full-cycle / end to end recruiting, you should be confident in slotting into a high performing team
  • Demonstrated and proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple requisitions / roles with an extremely high standard of accuracy and precision
