Job Description:

Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our team specializing in Consulting and Engineering Services.

We are seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our Consulting and Engineering Services team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in account planning and pipeline development.
  • Ability to secure contract renewals and foster a revenue growth mindset.
  • Strong client advocacy skills to understand their goals and technology initiatives.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ability to approve deals and accurately forecast revenue and margins.
  • Experience leading virtual teams and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Skills in optimizing work allocation and ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Ability to drive resource allocation efficiently.

Tasks:

Revenue Growth

  • Developing account plans with market partners and industry SMEs.
  • Managing a medium-sized sales pipeline.
  • Preparing for and securing contract renewals.
  • Fostering a revenue growth mindset within the team.
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities within Consulting and Engineering Services.
  • Proactively creating opportunities through consulting partners, technical leads, industry SMEs, and sales teams.

Client Relations

  • Acting as the voice of the client within the organization.
  • Understanding how client goals, internal programs, and technology initiatives interconnect.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and competitors' activities.

Revenue Management

  • Approving deals under $5M.
  • Forecasting revenue and margins accurately with partners.
  • Ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled.

Delivery Excellence

  • Leading a virtual team working on the account.
  • Ensuring high client satisfaction with deliverables.
  • Collaborating with delivery teams to meet margins, optimize resource mix, and automate processes.
  • Managing fixed-price projects to meet scope, time, and budget targets.
  • Driving efficient resource deployment.
