We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive (CCM) to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the aviation industry, target-driven, goal-oriented, and have sales experience with a cargo background.
Purpose of the Role
- Provide prompt and efficient aviation logistical services to internal and external clients.
- Present a professional and positive image of the company to clients and suppliers.
- Promote and act positively on commercial opportunities within the group (internal only).
- Present your CCM product in your local market for open capacity on CF charter flights, capacity of other carriers, and Magma scheduled flights.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Monitor and respond promptly to requests from suppliers and clients.
- Follow company operating systems and procedures.
- Maintain good professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Follow up on all outstanding requests daily.
- Plan cost-effective solutions.
- Stay updated on operational capabilities of aircraft, airports, operators, and handlers.
- Sell cargo capacity products to targeted clients to generate inquiries and maintain contacts for repeat business.
- Identify new business development opportunities using initiative.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and new leads to maximize opportunities and client loyalty.
- Approve invoices for services used by the Operations department and prepare outgoing invoices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the cargo industry.
- Knowledge of the local market.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a team player.
- Strong relationship-building, account management, and customer service skills.
- Ability to balance client needs with business objectives successfully.
