Renewable Energy Project Manager

IGNIS is an integrated international energy company active in the areas of development, generation, energy services, and operation & maintenance. Our company has one of the largest renewable energy development portfolios in Spain with more than 14,000 MW and an ambitious plan for international growth, with over 10,000 MW in six countries (including North and South America, Europe, and Asia).

Due to this rapid growth, we are now looking for a Project Manager for the Development Phase to join our German local team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support throughout the entire development process (land, engineering, administration, legal, etc.)
• Creation and/or review of necessary technical documentation
• Project optimization
• Support in control of development costs, monitoring of national development, supervision of studies conducted, etc.
• Technical support and design applied to agrivoltaic management and BESS
• Development and supervision of photovoltaic plant engineering
• Tabulation of bids and relations with suppliers
• Technical and administrative assistance during construction
• Support and cooperation with architect
• Assistance in the permission process
• Leading tender of needed studies

Qualifications:

• Engineer
• Fluent in English and German
• At least 2 years of experience in Germany in renewable energy development
• Deep knowledge of German regulations and applicable law for energy projects
• Hands-on mentality and ability to work remotely
• Willingness to travel
• Motivation to build a team
