More Information: Your RoleAs an Analyst in the Capital Markets team, you will play an instrumental role in helping FINN execute its funding strategy. This client-facing, structuring & execution role will help the company establish a variety of institutional funding solutions, focusing on asset-backed finance structures.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in originating and executing a wide variety of funding transactions to support FINN’s growth plans.
  • Participate actively in commercial negotiations, coordinate investor diligence, and respond proactively to investor queries.
  • Support investor outreach and engagement efforts.
  • Manage internal stakeholders across teams such as Finance & Legal, Portfolio Management, Operations, Fleet, and Data.
  • Handle ad-hoc workstreams and develop tactical solutions to investor-related challenges.
  • Improve processes and operational efficiencies within capital markets and across the business.

Your Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in banking or fintech, preferably in structured or auto-finance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, with excellent communication skills, a perfectionist mindset, and a passion for structured finance.
  • Ambitious and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel (if based in London).
  • Bonus: CFA or relevant qualifications, experience with Bloomberg, Intex, Python/SQL, and data analysis tools.
