Job Description

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS, we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH!

Candidates must be eligible to work on military or NATO projects with the necessary security clearances.

Your Tasks:

  1. Define, perform, and evaluate acoustic and vibration tests: in flight, on ground, and in laboratory.
  2. Support the qualification of aircraft systems to mechanical environments, including vibration, shocks, and acoustics.
  3. Define mechanical requirements for system installation on aircraft.
  4. Evaluate experimental evidence based on qualification tests.
  5. Develop passive and active noise and vibration control solutions for existing and future aircraft.
  6. Develop and validate numerical models related to noise propagation, transmission, and structural dynamic response to acoustic and vibratory loads.
  7. Develop and support the creation of safe, compliant, and innovative air vehicles that meet regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and business challenges related to noise and vibration.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering or in Acoustics and Vibration.
  • Advanced, specialized knowledge of MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux.
  • Experience with MATLAB is required.
  • Experience in Aerospace Engineering or a similar field.
  • Experience in Acoustics and Vibration.
  • Experience with Structural Dynamic Testing.
  • Experience with data acquisition, handling, processing, and analysis.
  • Knowledge of vibration environments and vibration qualification processes.
  • Experience in Modal Testing and Analysis.
  • Experience with MIL-STD-810 is an advantage.
  • English business fluent; German knowledge is a plus.
