Senior Procurement Specialist EMEA (m/f/x)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will have a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations across the EMEA region. Your expertise will contribute to cost savings, improved supplier relationships, and enhanced product quality, ultimately supporting the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement supplier performance management strategies to ensure alignment with company goals.
  2. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance metrics, including quality, delivery, and cost.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supplier-related issues.
  4. Lead supplier performance reviews and negotiations to drive improvements and cost savings.
  5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and innovation.
  6. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  7. Develop and execute supplier development programs to enhance capabilities and performance.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience in supplier performance management or similar roles.
  3. Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data.
  4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  5. Proven track record of improving supplier performance and achieving cost savings.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency with supply chain management software and tools.
  8. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  9. Project management skills.
  10. Effective communication, time management, and teamwork skills.

Job Specifics

  • Preferred location: Wroclaw (Poland), Hilden (Germany), or Pioltello (Italy).
  • Travel requirement: approximately 10%.
  • Relocation: not available.
  • Working pattern: full-time.
