Responsibilities:

1. Creating digital plan drawings for draft designs, building applications, and implementation plans.
2. Measuring buildings and creating digital representations.
3. Developing and contributing to service specifications and checking construction invoices.
4. Communicating with the technical planning team.
5. Controlling and monitoring implementation and schedule plans on-site.
6. Sending and documenting plans.

Qualifications:

1. Completed vocational training as a construction drafter or construction technician.
2. Several years of professional experience as a construction drafter and in service phases 3-6 of the HOAI.
3. Knowledge of ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit.
4. AVA knowledge (e.g., Buildup) is desirable.
5. Ability to work in a team, flexibility, independence, and social awareness.
