To support our team we are looking for an experienced
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build & Scale Digital Channels: Develop go-to-market strategies for new digital platforms, leverage data-driven insights, and drive customer acquisition and retention across all digital touchpoints.
- Lead Strategy & Execution: Define the digital roadmap, oversee key technology initiatives, and ensure that digital investments enhance customer experience and business performance.
- Shape Omni-Channel Experience & Marketing: Create a consistent customer journey across all channels and implement impactful, performance-focused marketing initiatives with a strong digital emphasis.
- Drive Transformation: Lead change initiatives, evolve existing business operations, and optimize team workflows to ensure efficiency and agility.
- Lead & Develop the Team: Build a high-performing, innovative digital team, foster continuous learning, and support individual development through coaching and mentorship.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in business, marketing, digital media, or a related field
- Seasoned professional with a proven track record in digital and e-commerce—ideally in the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle industry
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams through growth and change
- Highly collaborative and influential, capable of bridging gaps between local markets and International Marketing
- Strong digital expertise: knowledge of Salesforce and Shopify is key, OMS/ERP/WMS systems and analytics
- Strategic, hands-on and KPI-driven mindset with a deep understanding of customer-centric, data-driven marketing
- Solid understanding of performance marketing and omnichannel eCommerce (D2C, B2C, B2B) with agile project management (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and digital transformation
- Fluent in German and English; other languages such as French is a plus
- Willingness to travel on a bi-weekly basis to Paris
