1. Leading and developing a team of Project Quality Engineers
2. Supporting customer projects and implementing quality requirements
3. Conducting audits, process approvals, and sampling
4. Managing customer complaints and reporting quality metrics
5. Having solid experience in project quality within the automotive sector
6. Expertise in IATF 16949 and VDA standards
7. Fluent English skills, both spoken and written, along with an analytical and goal-oriented working style
8. Leadership experience and strong teamwork skills
9. Excellent German and English language skills are required
