You are a young and ambitious technology-enabled brand builder in the field of direct-to-consumer e-commerce. Responsibilities

  1. Be a domain expert and owner of Marketing Analytics & Marketing Data.
  2. Create and maintain dashboards for various departments.
  3. Suggest and execute solutions that move the business forward.
  4. Define key KPIs to support effective decision-making.
  5. Support and develop self-service analytics.
  6. Conduct deep-dive analysis on complex topics to support strategic projects, identify growth opportunities, and inform decision-making.
  7. Maintain, optimize, and expand existing business logic in DBT, following best practices.
  8. Proactively ensure data quality and compliance.
  9. Coordinate closely with marketing teams, including Influencer Marketing, CRM, and Performance Marketing.
  10. Drive impactful projects across departments to improve efficiency.

Your profile

  1. 3+ years of experience in Analytics / Business Intelligence, preferably in Marketing Analytics.
  2. 1+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or in transforming and modeling data with SQL.
  3. Solid understanding of how marketing data is generated and processed.
  4. Excellent SQL skills and basic Python knowledge.
  5. Experience with version control tools like GIT.
  6. Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and obsession with automation.
  7. Curiosity and problem-solving skills in technical challenges.
  8. Ability to translate business problems into data solutions.
  9. Strategic thinking and clarity in analysis outputs to address business questions.
  10. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Bonus points

  1. Experience with spreadsheets and modern BI tools.
  2. Experience with Snowflake (or similar MPP database), dbt, Prefect, Airflow.
  3. Knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
  4. Practical knowledge of DataOps concepts.
  5. Experience with dashboarding tools like Metabase.
  6. Deep understanding of marketing KPIs and terminology.
