1. Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate customer requirements into effective solutions.
• Lead customer meetings, workshops, and other sessions to identify the best solutions, including on-site visits when necessary.
• Create high-quality and detailed presentations to visually communicate solutions.
• Conduct webinars to generate new leads and manage these leads and existing clients in collaboration with our sales, marketing, and project teams.
• Handle presales activities, prepare offers, effort estimates, and project concepts including resource planning.
