You will collaborate closely with Medicaroid, the global Sysmex team in Japan, a cross-functional regional sales team, and the European marketing department.

Your responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute regional marketing strategies, supporting country-specific tactics, activities, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the manufacturer and local sales leadership.
  2. Establish and co-create the marketing & commercialization structure, including clinical and sales teams, to promote and sell robotic systems, instruments, accessories, and related services.
  3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders, including hospital C-suite executives, physicians, and surgical personnel.
  4. Deliver marketing and sales tools to meet short- and long-term goals, utilizing presentations, webinars, KOL content, market development events, white papers, and key publications, with support from the medical affairs team.
  5. Identify opportunities to secure market entry, grow market share, and develop effective multispecialty robotic programs tailored to each country's environment. Drive system expansion and procedure adoption through innovative messaging and best practices.
  6. Lead, develop, and manage a growing team, executing hiring and development plans to meet growth targets while coaching future leaders.

Your profile

  1. 8+ years of clinical/product marketing experience in a medical device company or 10+ years in the healthcare industry.
  2. Strong leadership skills (including virtual), with experience at a regional, European, or global level, and the ability to collaborate across functions.
  3. Surgical and/or operating theatre sales experience, preferably in robotic-assisted surgery.
  4. Proven success in positioning products, developing sales support, and driving adoption.
  5. Experience in building clinical education and marketing programs to grow products and procedures.
  6. Self-starter with the ability to create teams and infrastructure for market success.
  7. Ability to work across management areas, including strategy, engagement, market research, segmentation, and crisis management.
  8. Languages: English (mandatory), additional EU languages or Japanese a plus.
  9. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  10. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  11. Extensive network within EMEA.
