Responsibilities:

• Verify mixed-signal designs on block and system level resting upon formal and functional verification
• Evaluate semiconductor technologies and their potential with respect to target applications in the RF and microwave frequency range
• Conceptualize and program embedded software for electronic devices
• Cooperate in a multi-site setting with lab and test engineers, designers, systems architects and verification engineers

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, computer science or similar
• Practical experience in the field of digital verification, radio frequency engineering, measurement technology or in the laboratory
• Good knowledge in testing, analyzing with Matlab or Labview or good knowledge of UVM methodology, Specman - e language, scripting languages like Python or Perl
• Good communication skills in English
