Product Manager Rail and Road (m / f / diverse)

Job Responsibilities

1. Define, communicate, and execute an aligned product vision and strategy, including marketing the product.
2. Manage product profitability, quality, and roadmap globally.
3. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors' capabilities; derive and execute improvement actions.
4. Collaborate with international stakeholders for continuous product development and revenue generation.
5. Continuously improve door2door product processes and systems based on stringent KPIs.
6. Drive standardization, digitalization, and innovation.
7. Monitor performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and make data-driven decisions to support Network and Customer Service teams.
8. Shape an efficient, high-performing rail & road organization together with Business Units and Regions.
9. Transform into a CO2-free door-to-door product.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, Master's degree with 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience.
• Expertise in freight forwarding and product management.
• Strong conceptual, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to influence and work in a matrix setup.
• Proven ability in data-driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and German.
• Business travel required.
