Process Intelligence Consultant

As a Process Intelligence Consultant, you’ll help organizations gain transparency into their business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Together with your colleagues in data science, you’ll co-create smart, innovative solutions that improve performance and strengthen our clients' competitive edge.

What your Role will look like:

• Leading workshops on value creation and using process mining to identify and qualify potentials for process improvements.
• Actively understanding our customers' business challenges across Finance, Sales, Procurement, or other key business functions.
• Communication of our solutions to key decision makers and senior management.
• Translating business needs into process mining use cases in collaboration with our data experts.
• Supporting Processand's strategic initiatives that shape our future.

Your profile - What you need to succeed:

• Degree in Economics, Business Management, IT or a related field.
• A strong analytical mind, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• Curiosity for digital processes and a drive to create real business value.
• Interest in data and process mining.
• First experience with project tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – you enjoy working closely with business partners.
• A good sense of ownership, creativity, and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in German and English.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience as a consultant.
