For our Operations based at our HQ in Berlin - Schöneberg, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst (f/m/x)

Data Analysis:

• Analyze and interpret data from various sources to extract meaningful insights.
• Identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making within the organization.
• Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Lead data exploration projects to uncover actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define data needs for various business initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that enable stakeholders to monitor and analyze critical business metrics.

Report Generation:

• Generate reports that provide valuable insights to support decision-making across multiple teams.

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure their expectations align with our deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting clear expectations for scope and timeline.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and product managers.

Enablement:

• Provide support to enhance daily reporting and analytics tasks within the company.
• Offer training and education to team members on data analysis tools and techniques for better decision-making

Your profile

• 4+ years’ experience as a data analyst
• Proven experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
• Experience working with Python.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics & tracking data
• Fluency in English (C1)

• Being able to communicate in German
