Network Manager for Denza Germany (m/w/d)

As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems, and other related products and services.

Denza is BYD's new premium brand, coming to Germany with a model like the Z9 GT shooting brake, equipped with advanced features. As the Network Manager in Germany, you will play a vital role in establishing and expanding the DENZA brand and network from the ground up.

You will report to the Denza Sales Director, collaborating closely with the German network team and European headquarters in Amsterdam. This is a fixed-term position for 2 years.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop a scalable dealer network plan for Denza's sales and service in Germany.
2. Identify and integrate suitable dealer partners into the retail network.
3. Ensure network compliance with Denza CI and guidelines to maintain quality.
4. Act as a liaison between German dealers and BYD organization in Germany and Europe.
5. Align legal frameworks internally and externally, applying them appropriately.

Requirements

• Experience in the automotive industry with knowledge of retail, wholesale, and sales strategies.
• Experience in developing dealer networks, preferably in the German market.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in diverse international teams.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
• Understanding of Chinese EVs' USPs is a plus.
• Native German and fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
