Lead Consultant AI (Ref : IgLWy)

We are looking to recruit for our client, a leading consulting and IT services company at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge technologies into practical, real-world applications, for the position of Lead Consultant AI to join our customer’s team.

As a Lead Consultant, you will focus on optimizing our clients' core processes and maximizing their business potential through current technologies. You will be at the forefront of developing AI strategies that support and advance the clients' business goals.

Responsibilities :

1. Strategic consulting : Advise clients on developing and implementing AI strategies aligned with their business objectives.
2. Project management : Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, modeling, implementation, and results presentation.
3. Innovative solutions : Identify new data science and AI applications for our clients.
4. Customer relationships : Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and serve as the main contact for data-related issues.
5. Knowledge transfer : Promote knowledge sharing within the team and support professional development.
6. Quality assurance : Ensure all data analyses and models meet high-quality standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

1. Professional experience : Several years in data science or AI, preferably in consulting, with proven project and team leadership success.
2. Analytical skills : Strong ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights; knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, data visualization, cloud platforms, and AI architecture.
3. Project management : Experience managing projects within schedules and budgets.
4. Communication skills : Full professional proficiency in German and English, with the ability to convey complex issues clearly and present to executives and clients.
5. Teamwork : Leadership and collaboration skills in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment.
6. Customer focus : High service orientation and responsiveness to client needs.
7. Language proficiency : German B2 and English B2 level.
