About the Position

Are you a passionate ergotherapist who enjoys creatively engaging with patients and seeking an innovative practice? We are looking for team players to support our interprofessional team at our practice in Magdeburger Süden.

Who We Are

At Therapiezentrum Reform, we provide high-level therapeutic care across 500sqm in Leipziger Chaussee. Our team of 20 professionals in ergotherapy, physiotherapy, and training therapy combines traditional methods with new approaches to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You can choose to work in the practice or in home visits.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct ergotherapeutic treatments and assessments.
2. Create individualized therapy plans and conduct targeted treatments for neurological, orthopedic, and pediatric conditions.
3. Advise and support patients and their families to secure sustainable therapy success.
4. Document treatments and progress to ensure transparency and facilitate adjustments.
5. Develop creative and innovative therapy approaches within an interprofessional setting.

Qualifications

1. Completed training or studies as an ergotherapist.
2. State examination as a recognized ergotherapist.
3. Creativity and ingenuity in developing therapy approaches.
4. Empathy and understanding in patient interactions.
5. Teamwork and good communication skills.
6. Willingness to continue education and apply new therapy methods.
